I had a great experience with this site. Jordan really went above and beyond to help get everything set up when my movers arrived 4 days early. I can’t recommend their service any higher. He really helped reduce the stress of that day.

This review is tough for me because Mary, who I dealt with at the front was an absolute pleasure. Super friendly and helpful. However The ongoing construction has been nothing but a deterrent. The contractors simply don’t seem to care about the state of the facility. There is debris, scattered around the work area and many brand new panels and doors already have damages. I stopped in to drop a few things at my unit recently only to end up a screw in my brand new tire while driving through the facility.
If not for the issues with the ongoing construction and lack of Perceived care from the contractors I would 100% give Mary’s service five stars

The office staff were very informative, helpful and friendly. Jordan Brunton the assistant manager and Mary. It was s pleasure dealing with them and the awesome part was getting the 4 weeks free. I would highly recommend this storage company.

We are renting a condo warehouse at Sentine Storage in Spruce Grove. Mary and her staff have been very helpful with everything from answering our questions to fixing a few problems we had with the place. We feel very safe there and highly recommend it to others!
