The office staff were very informative, helpful and friendly. Jordan Brunton the assistant manager and Mary. It was s pleasure dealing with them and the awesome part was getting the 4 weeks free. I would highly recommend this storage company.

I was a little late to the game booking myself a unit and feared I wouldn't have one. Christine made my experience easy and stress free! Based off the items I said I had to store, she recommended a smaller and cheaper unit than I had selected. The entire process is so easy I am happy to leave a wonderful review for the service I received in setting up my unit. 12/10 will recommend 😁

Had Shreya help me find my unit, and she was more than helpful, informative, and professional.
She helped me size out, price out, and pick out the perfect unit for my family. Was never pushed into any extra costs, products, or a bigger unit, we got just what we were after.
I had my youngest with me, and we were both treated as old friends, never felt like just another customer or a "unit number".
Promptly addressed any needs or concerns, during my stay so far.
It was overall a great experience and would recommend 10/10.
