If you're new to storage unit renting, choose Sentinel! As a new customer I was eligible for 4 weeks of free space. I did have to pay an administration fee, however, it was well worth it to have the peace of mind of my belongings being secure and available for me to move into my new home during a tight time limit for possession dates. While I didn't require longer than a week, it was great to know that I had a significant amount of time to work with. The ladies who work at the Spruce Grove location are lovely and incredibly helpful; would definitely use this service again if ever required!

Over 20 plus years have been with the storage company. Going from different management over the years. I have had great experience no complaints at all. I want to thank Barb at the Sentinel Storage in Spruce Grove. Over the years since I have meet her. She understood me and help me. She deserves a pat on the back. Great customer service as well. I needed a storage unit fast, I called the spruce grove office and the lady had me in a unit in minutes. All very professional and prompt with service. So much so I rented a second unit for my seadoo. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for storage in spruce! Thanks again sentinel!

Rented storage for a car over the phone. Cory was very polite, professional and did everything he could to ensure I had the correct sized unit, right down to researching the dimensions of my car. Next day went to get my lock at Sentinel’s local office and discovered the initial contract I signed wasn’t the right one. Mary kindly did all the proper paperwork, gave me my lock, showed me where my unit was and even came out to help me with the gate code. I would highly recommend Sentinel Storage because they genuinely care about their customer’s. Thanks to Mary and Cory for making this such a pleasant transaction.
