Sentinel Storage - Spruce Grove

This review is tough for me because Mary, who I dealt with at the front was an absolute pleasure. Super friendly and helpful. However The ongoing construction has been nothing but a deterrent. The contractors simply don’t seem to care about the state of the facility. There is debris, scattered around the work area and many brand new panels and doors already have damages. I stopped in to drop a few things at my unit recently only to end up a screw in my brand new tire while driving through the facility. If not for the issues with the ongoing construction and lack of Perceived care from the contractors I would 100% give Mary’s service five stars

I rented a unit from Sentinel Storage in Spruce Grove and used it for approximately one year. During that time I had a small problem with the unit door sticking. It was taken care of immediately upon notification. During my time dealing with the staff at Sentinel Storage, I can only say that you will not find better people to deal with. The staff is courteous, friendly and and professional. I would recommend Sentinel Storage to anyone, and will use their services again if the need arises. R. Scott

The office staff were very informative, helpful and friendly. Jordan Brunton the assistant manager and Mary. It was s pleasure dealing with them and the awesome part was getting the 4 weeks free. I would highly recommend this storage company.
