My son originally rented a unit for himself but it soon turned into a shared family unit. The first month was free ( which is what was intended to be) but thanks to Murphy and his laws it never turned out like that.
In the tornado we call life, the storage unit was forgotten and nobody had the information and nobody knew how to contact them…But through all of the hullaballoo, they had tried to contact Colin a few times and also contacted his grama. Well, once was all figured out and everything caught up, I realized just how kind and thoughtful the owners were. They had to lock the unit down and cut off our lock but then also gave us a lock and key to replace it. She came right away to switch out the locks, they don’t have an office at the storage place, and they were so understanding and personable.
Sentinels rates are pricey, and I probably wouldn’t pay them if it was anyone else but this couple (young) are worth every penny due to their kindness, thoughtfulness and respect.

Just rented a storage a month ago. Staff is very nice, professional, hard working and friendly. Unit was nice and clean, ready on time for me.

Even though I never actually seeing their staff in person, when I dealt with the staff via phone and emails, they were always professional and friendly. They made the process very comfortable.

Jordan was awesome! He was so friendly and told me everything there was to know with great explanation! Definitely recommend this place for storage.
