Sentinel Storage - Spruce Grove West

I originally left a 5/5 star review because Mary and Jordan were truly fantastic in helping me set up my storage unit and walking me through the entire process. I want to emphasize how helpful and kind they were throughout. However, after waiting patiently and taking some time to reflect the issues I've experience with the storage unit itself, I am unfortunately going to give this location a 3/5 stars. Despite taking every precaution to safeguard my belongings, my unit suffered significant water damage and I have lost some property along the way. While Mary and Jordan were supportive and helped me initiate the claim process, I'm now facing uncertainty. My claim seems to have been passed on to their insurance, as I bought the Protection Plan with Sentinel Storage, and I've yet to hear anything from insurance. It's frustrating as I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks now and this was rather stressful as I had trusted my property to be protected at this location. I'm keeping the rating at 3 stars solely because of the outstanding customer service from Mary and Jordan. Without them, this would have been a 1-star experience. Please be aware that using this facility carries risk, and unfortunately, my experience can speak to this. I'm hoping their insurance will contact soon to rectify this issue as waiting more than two weeks is far too long at this point. I'll re-evaluate my review dependent on my experience with their insurance.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Mary. Mary ask me quite a lot of questions about my needs for a storage locker to make sure I got the right size of locker. Once we got the size of the locker I needed Mary walked me through the process and made sure I read everything I needed to read and sign on the dotted lines. I recommend Sentinel Storage -Spruce Grove for your storage needs. Thank you Mary !!

It was a very easy process… Mary Hitcherick was very polite and knowledgeable, I would recommend people choose Sentinel Storage .

Friendly service. The only issue is I had to buy a $20 lock that is useless anywhere else. I noticed numerous other units had standard padlocks on them.
